Yes, you can change the size of the products as per your exact requirements and at the same time,we have our own standard size for all the products as well.

14. Can I have our own logo and Custom design?

Yes, MOQ=10 pcs.OEM & ODM are acceptable

15. Can I mix different models in one container?

Yes, different models can be mixed in one container,but the quantity of each model should not be less than the order quantity.

16. How is your quality control?

17. Can you help me design or modified the products as we request?

18. How can we guarantee quality?

Always a pre-production sample before mass production, Always final Inspection before shipment.

19. What is your ordering process?

It depends on you are buying for regular items or customized items. If going for regular one. We can offer you the price within 24 hours as we checked the inquiry. When it goes for customization, we need details of your requirement. And the process will be as below:
Inquiry-- sending us your requirement (layout ,designs,etc)-- choosing designs you like and offering you proposals of each area of your project-- 3d rendering if needed-- confirmation of orders-- deposit payment--production--- balance of payment--- delivery.

20. What if the products get damaged during the transportation?

After clean and inspect the goods, we will package the goods in carton and then wooden package, or wooden box if need to make it safe on the way. If the products get damaged, we will contact to repair or reproduce if it’s our company arrange shipping.

21.  If I cannot come to China, how to finalize my order?

Our company provide one to one sales service, who will help customer to match the furniture, select color, confirm the drawings and details to build the ideal home under the budget. And we have finial QC report per your requirement.
